The last release of the Software K-Suite – 2.32 – had important news: 4 new protocols to work on the Marelli ECUs of the JTAG SPC group. Here’s the new Magneti Marelli Motorola MPC56xxx Adapter. From today, reading and writing this ECUs gets easier and faster: the adapter can be easily fixed on the right pins and the possibility of making mistakes significantly decrease, especially since soldering is not needed anymore!

As correctly stated, to work on this ECUs both 14P600KT02 and 144300T105 adapters were needed to allow a direct connection to the ECU.
But, as already said, from now on things are going to change and they are getting easier.
