Just a week after the last update, here\u2019s an essential feature<\/strong> to flash BMW<\/strong> and Mini<\/strong>.
\nWe\u2019re solving one of the most critical and debated issues of the last few months: CVN <\/strong>and Counter traceability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

CVN<\/strong>, which stands for Calibration Verification Number, is the calibration checksum<\/strong> of the file contained in the ECU. The CVN check is a way to verify if the ECU calibration is compliant with the ECU factory settings. Thanks to KESSv2<\/strong> new protocols 628 <\/strong>and 629<\/strong>, even writing a Modified File<\/strong>, the CVN<\/strong> will perfectly match the Original File<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Counter<\/strong> indicates the number of times the ECUs Bosch EDC17 and MED17 <\/strong>have been tuned. Here too, thanks to the protocols 628 and 629<\/strong>, the Counter is not increased<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
